TPLUS AQUATIC is a premium quality Marine grade plywood. It is a product designed for high-value creative needs & premium class woodworking. TPLUS AQUATIC BWP 710 plywood is manufactured from ‘100% hardwood veneers’. All the veneers used to make TPLUS AQUATIC plywood are 100% flat and dried to bring down to uniform moisture of 8%.
Single-stage Phenol Formaldehyde Resin is used to manufacture TPLUS AQUATIC plywood. After composing, TPLUS AQUATIC plywood is manufactured using FOURTIP ADVANTAGE™ technology and pressed at an extremely high temperature of 160 degrees Celsius and 400 lbs line pressure per square centimetre.
Due to the nature of the application and wide exposure to soil and moisture-prone environment, it is made to prevent fungal and micro bacterial attacks. The TPLUS AQUATIC BWP 710 Marine grade plywood samples undergo a test to check their resistance against microorganisms. It is dimensionally stable and an ideal choice for high-quality projects.
